(Note: I failed to endure a web course in SS at a local university, they took SS sooo seriously, inventing pseudo-english acronyms, hopeless ppt slides. This is heaven compared to it, and here I don’t even have to apply!)

After you get used to the tutors accent (first couple of vids) the content, delivery and pace are perfect. I am learning a lot from this course although I have already done a LSS-GB course from other course provider. In this course you get very clear explanations of the content and great examples from case studies as well, including clear examples of and how to use the tools and techniques explained.
