My favorite thing about this course was how everything was explained in such a way that it was easy to understand, and then these explanations were followed by specific examples for further clarification. Before taking this course, I had little to no knowledge of six sigma, but now I feel that, with a little more studying, I will be able to obtain a lean six sigma green belt certification and begin applying these tools at work.
